Car Park And Adjoining Land Goes On The Market
A prime piece of land in Tramore has been put up for Sale. The land in question, consists of the car park at the end of the lower promenade, and the land behind it. In total an area of 35.5 acres.
Speaking to TCRfm, Auctioneer Tom Grace, stated that the land in question did not include what was the former landfill site.
Discussing it’s potential, Mr Grace stated that the land will be sold as is, and there is no planning or proposals in the pipeline for the area. He admitted it was an unusual site, and by it’s nature, subject to flooding which may prevent any planning permission being granted. However he stated, that it could be an ideal long term investment for somebody and there is potential to utilise the area as a car park, or as a site for camping or similar.
