Jobs Boost for Tramore
There was good news in the form of job creation in Tramore today, when nearForm, a Waterford based IT company announced their intention to relocate their operations to the former civic offices in Tramore, and their intention to boost their workforce from 20 to 100
Currently based at ArcLabs in Carriganore, nearForm is a software development company that is run by Cian Ó Maidín whom is a native of Tramore. There was fears that the former Civic Offices at Tankfield would remain vacant after the recent amalgamation of Waterford City and County Councils.
Mayor of the Metropolitan District, Lola O’Sullivan praised Lar Power who is the Economic Development Officer with Waterford City and County Council,, for working to secure this.
This can only be good news for the town, and will strengthen the argument that Tramore is a town to do business in. We at TCRfm wish Cian Ó Maidín the best of luck with the relocation and expansion of his successful business
