Waterford House of Horrors
The House of Horrors returns to Waterford for the 9th year running, and at a new and bigger location (43 Waterford Business Park, Cork Road) for thrills, screams and fun. The building holds in excess of 10,000 square feet (the biggest floor space in the history of the event) of fun-filled horror.
The House of Horrors has attracted almost 20,000 visitors. Co-ordinated and run by a volunteer cast & crew, the House of Horrors has developed a fantastic reputation a professionally run, value for money Halloween attraction with something for all ages.
The 2017 event is running from Thursday 26th October-Tuesday 31st October. There will be two shows throughout the time that the House Of Horrors is here, the No Scare afternoon shows, which will entail a pleasant day out for young children, whilst the Evening shows will leave you quivering with fear.
New for 2017- The Horror Express Train, Maze and Slide.
The night time scare has been ramped up to make it the scariest ever. Not for the feint hearted….Visitors can expect the unexpected including special effects, marauding ghouls, goblins and monsters as they travel through corridors, tunnels and themed rooms.
The family friendly afternoon attraction has also been given a makeover and is more interactive with the spooky train ride, fun maze and not so wicked witches cauldron.
